Nothing beats a hot chocolate on a chilly evening or any other time come to think of it. This is a great way to prepare a luxurious and creamy hot chocolate. It uses 100% cocoa chocolate from South America, with added chocolate to help balance the bitterness. Cream to give a smoother finish.
Place 300ml of cream in a saucepan along with 300ml of milk and slowly bring to a boil.
Place in 2 squares of the 100% chocolate, 3 squares of dark chocolate and 2tbsp of sugar.
Whisk until the chocolate has melted and pour into mugs.
