Another little milkshake idea using a nostalgic favourite Daim bar. It's crunchy almond centre adds a lovely rich toffee note, whilst the silky chocolate adds a smooth finish.
Makes a 500ml Milkshake
Ingredients
100g Vanilla ice cream 100g Daim Bar 300ml/400ml of Milk (depending on thickness)
Method
Blitz the Daim bar in a juicer, then add 100ml of milk and blitz again. Now add the ice cream whilst pouring a steady stream of milk until you have reached your preferred thickness.
Enjoy in a straight glass or milk bottle.
