Ingredients
200g Milk Chocolate
100g Dark Chocolate 70%
200g Mixed Nuts of your choice
50g Mini Marshmallows
60g Glace Cherries
60g Raisins
150g Digestive Biscuits
Method
Chop the nuts and glace cherries then place in a bowl. Add the raisins, marshmallows and crushed biscuits then mix together.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Pour into the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and stir until fully coated in chocolate.
Pour out on to a baking sheet with sides, then shape and compact to a thickness of 2-3cm. Place in the fridge until set.
Cut into squares and dust with icing sugar.
