Smoked Salmon, Poached Egg Breakfast



A very simple but rewarding breakfast idea for over the bank holiday weekend. Great for a healthy brunch or breakfast in bed for a loved one.
Simply toast a bagel and spread with butter, then generously layer with smoked salmon. Top with spinach, rocket and watercress salad leaves. Lightly place a poached egg on top, crack fresh pepper over the egg and serve.
