A perfect festive treat to give away this Christmas. Terry's Chocolate Orange studded with Malteasers to give a Christmas Pudding shape. Then topped with white chocolate to look like brandy sauce. Finished with holly leaves and berries made from icing.
Ingredients
1 Terry's Chocolate Orange 121g Malteasers 100g Milk Chocolate 100g White Chocolate Ready Roll Icing Red & Green Food Paste
Method
Melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler and place the terry's chocolate orange on a egg cup.
Dip each Malteaser into the melted chocolate and place onto the chocolate orange. Once one half has been covered, allow to set for 5-10 minutes. Then repeat the process for the other half. To stop the melted chocolate from hardening, place over the pan of boiled water to keep warm.
Once set melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, then spoon over the top. Allowing the chocolate to trail its way down the sides. Set aside again until the white chocolate has hardened.
Meanwhile mix the two colours into small amounts of the icing. Roll the green icing and cut out the holly leaves. Roll the red into tiny berries. Dab a little of the melted chocolate onto the leaves and berries then place on top.
Great for giving as gifts.
