Easter Cornflake Slab



Easy, fun and delicious. A childhood nostalgic treat made for and around the Easter holidays. Lasts really well and great for giving as gifts. Chocolate coated cornflakes topped with mini chocolate eggs.

Simply melt 400g of chocolate over a pan of water or in the microwave.
Pour the melted chocolate over 200g of cornflakes. Mix throughly and pour onto a baking sheet. Scatter the mini eggs on top and leave to set a room temperature.
Remove from the baking sheet then cut into squares and devour.
