Sunshine Smoothie



A delightful Smoothie which is high in vitamin C, and a great way to start any day. Using fresh exotic fruits such as pineapple, mango, papaya and passion fruit that will brighten up any dull day. Once blended, this concoction becomes extremely thick, so I suggest adding a fresh juice, such as orange or cranberry to thin the Smoothie slightly.
 
Makes 500ml/50cl of Smoothie
 
Ingredients
 
1 Ripe Pineapple
1 Ripe Mango
1 Ripe Papaya
2 Passion Fruits
Fresh Juice such as Orange or Cranberry
 
Method
 
Prepare the fruits then chop into equal sized pieces. Place the fruits in the blender, slice open the passion fruits and spoon out the contents over the other fruits. Pop a lid on and blend until smooth. Once smooth add the fresh juice to thin down to your liking.
Serve chilled.
